Appointments

If you arrive 15 minutes or later for a scheduled appointment, the service provider may either refuse service or shorten the session to avoid interfering with the next scheduled appointment. For waxing appointments, there is a five-minute grace period. All Massage Chandler locations require a credit card to book an appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 12 hours before your appointment time. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in being charged up to the full cost of the scheduled service.

Minors under 18 require a parent or guardian’s signature on their intake form. Children under 12 must have a parent present during their session. We cannot be responsible for minors left unattended. Some state regulations also require a parent or guardian to be in the room during the treatment of any minor.

Gift Certificates and Gift Cards

• Not redeemable for cash.
• Cannot verify or replace lost gift certificates and gift cards.
• Must be presented at the time of service, or another payment method will be required.
• Non-refundable.

Payments

• A $30 fee will apply to any returned checks.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Massage Chandler is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Benefits Program Terms and Conditions

Details of the Benefits Program

• Your membership includes one 60-Minute Custom Massage Session or LaVida Signature Facial (where available) per month, available on the same day each month. Additional massages during the month are available at a discounted rate.
• Receive a 10% discount on all retail products.
• Membership is valid only at the location where you originally signed up.
• Membership and complimentary massage sessions can be shared with one additional family member.
• You can use your complimentary session toward a longer session by paying the price difference, or you can combine two complimentary sessions for a 120-minute session without additional cost.
• All sessions include five minutes before the service for consultation and undressing and five minutes after for consultation and dressing. A 60-minute session includes 50 minutes of hands-on treatment.
• If you miss a month, your complimentary session rolls over to the next month, but you will still be charged for that month.

Cancellation of Your Membership

• Your membership is month-to-month and auto-renews unless you follow the proper written procedure to cancel.
• To cancel, you must sign a “Termination Agreement.” You will be charged one final payment, and you have 30 days to use any remaining sessions, after which they will be forfeited. No refunds will be issued for unused sessions.
• If Massage Chandler terminates your membership for reasons such as excessive cancellations or inappropriate behavior, all remaining sessions will be forfeited.

Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

• Valid for products or services only.
• Points have no cash value and cannot be used for partial payments.
• All rules, redemption criteria, and values are subject to change at Massage Chandler’s discretion.

Session Length

All sessions include five minutes for consultation and undressing at the beginning and five minutes for consultation and dressing at the end. For example, a 60-Minute Custom Massage Session includes 50 minutes of hands-on massage.
